Diffuser Care Guide
Our diffusers are all hand mixed in small batches and bottled by ourselves in Yorkshire. We take pride in producing our diffusers and try to minimize variations within each batch produced. However, sometimes there are slight variation within our products. To minimize the effects of this variation, please follow the guidelines below.
Caring for your Osmic diffuser

Twist off the metal collar and remove the central stopper carefully to prevent spillage. Replace the metal collar onto the open diffuser bottle.

Gently tap the reeds on a solid surface, to remove any debris from the ends. With two hands, twist the reeds holding them in the centre. Dip the reeds into the oil and fan the reeds out so that no reeds are touching.

Place your diffuser in a warm room, that allows perfect air circulation. The current of air will help diffuse the scent rapidly into your room.

The greater the number of reeds used, the more intense the fragrance is. Adjust according to your own personal preferences.

With gloves on, turn the reeds every so often, to prevent drying out of the reeds. This will help to keep a consistent scent, throughout the duration of your diffuser’s life.

Allow sufficient time for the oil to fully soak into the reeds, the fragrance should become apparent after 48 hours.

Do not allow the oil to come into contact with polished, painted or synthetic surfaces or fabrics. Ideally place the diffuser on a plate or coaster, away from pets and children.

Enjoy your scented diffuser for up to 8 weeks, depending on location, temperature of the room and how often you turn the reeds.
